RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMINITY AGREEMENT, PROMOTION, ADVERTISING, REFUND, & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your participation in the events and activities organized by www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, Cool Virginia Steppers, and the parent company, Cool Ventures Entertainment will be viewed as your acceptance of the following terms, policies, and agreement. You understand the nature of the Events/Activities as organized by www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, Cool Virginia Steppers, and its parent company, Cool Ventures Entertainment and further understand that they have risks and hazards known and unknown that may be caused by your actions or inactions, others' actions and inactions, the conditions in which the Event/Activity takes place, and your negligence and the negligence of others. You represent that your participation in the Events/Activities has been approved by your physician and that you are dressed in comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes.  You acknowledge that if you believe that the Event/Activity conditions are unsafe, you will immediately discontinue your participation in the Events/Activities.  If alcoholic beverages are present at the Event/Activity, you represent that you are of legal age to drink in Virginia and you agree to make plans prior to consuming these beverages to provide for a designated driver, alternative transportation from the Events/Activities, or obtain a hotel room to ensure that you will not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. You further agree to drink responsibly. In view of www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, Cool Virginia Steppers, and Cool Ventures Entertainment’s provision of equipment, facilities, and/o funds, and as a condition of your participation in the Events/Activities,  you fully accept and assume responsibility and liability for injury, minor or otherwise, that you may cause to others as a result of your participation and in connection with the Events and you  agree now and in the future to release, discharge, and indemnify the following “RELEASES” : www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, Cool Virginia Steppers, and Cool Ventures Entertainment, its officers, directors, employees (whether or not acting in the scope of their employment), staff, contractors, instructors, representatives, agents, sponsors, advertisers, from all liability, claims, demands, losses, expenses, costs, including attorney fees. You further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, you, or anyone on my behalf, make a claim against the above named “RELEASES,” you will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of above named “RELEASES” from any loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as the result of such claim.

PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING

Your participation in this Event is viewed as your agreement that all photographs, videotapes, and audio recordings of your participation in the Cool Ventures Entertainment, www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, and the Cool Virginia Steppers Events/Activities are the property of Cool Virginia Steppers, www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, and Cool Ventures Entertainment and can be used by Cool Virginia Steppers,www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, and Cool Ventures Entertainment for insurance, legal, promotion, advertising, and instructional review and are not subject to any royalty fees or payments to you now or at any time in the future.

REFUND, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund or Exchange on customer purchases unless Event/Activity is canceled by Cool Ventures Entertainment, Cool V,irginia Steppers and www.coolvirginiasteppers.com.

Cool Ventures Entertainment, Cool Virginia Steppers, and www.coolvirginiasteppers.com reserve the right to cancel at any time and without advance notice.  Should an Event/Activity be canceled by Cool Ventures Entertainment, Cool  Virginia Steppers, and www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, credit card transactions will be credited back to the original account from which the purchase(s) was/were made and cash payments will, at the discretion of Cool Ventures Entertainment, Cool Virginia Steppers, and www.coolvirginiasteppers.com, be refunded in cash, check, or an exchange.

WAIVER OF RIGHTS/VALIDITY OF POLICY

You have read this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY  AGREEMENT, PROMOTION, AND ADVERTISING POLICY and understand that you will be giving up substantial rights by accepting it and have accepted it freely without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed  by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
